Once you have opted for Ketogenic diet, you have to remember its mantra at all times!

"No carbohydrates nor sugar"

Let's start with the most important diet of the day, a keto breakfast / Keto Breakfast should have more protein and fats for the energy you need throughout the day, just like the rest of the diet. I have always been fond of eggs, so there was no need to think zayed. You can also eat boiled eggs, scrambled, sunny side up, fried on both sides, and make omelets.

First I started eating one egg, then two and now three eggs. Eggs are the most convenient to satisfy a strong desire to eat carbs. Keep some boiled eggs in the fridge which you can eat lightly like bhajon. Instead of eating omelets with onions and tomatoes, I eat plain omelets with coriander and mint chutney.

For your information, let us tell you that onion and tomato, especially raw onion and tomato are high in sugar and can not be included in the Keto diet. Other proteins you can include in breakfast! You can add bacon, ham, kebabs, salami, sausages and even chicken slices. And remember that you can eat as much as you have the limit to eat fat, protein and carbs.


When you are cooking eggs, ghee or butter will be the best medium to cook it, as it contains more fat. From my experience I realized that butter cooks very quickly in the pan, so it is a good idea to put it on the eggs later. Three Sunny Side Up Eggs are my favorite snack with four slices of bacon. I know a friend who used to eat up to six eggs in a month. I can already hear your question! Don't worry, it does not increase cholesterol. The day you feel satisfied with choosing your excellent life and adopting the Keto lifestyle, then make an omelet with a bacon inside it. Next time I will definitely share the picture with it.



Boiled eggs can be mixed with butter or sugarless mayonnaise. From today, say goodbye to bread, cereals, cornflakes, poha and parathas. Please note that tomato sauce and tomatoes in any way contain more sugar.

The sauces you are allowed to eat are soy sauce and mint sauce but without sugar.
