Cheese and Corn Chaat Recipe
Who wouldn't like to eat chaat? We all Indians are fond of eating chaat. But one should not eat deep fry chaat of potato everyday. Because it is not good for health. Therefore different but easy ways of making chaat should be known.
Today we have brought here cheese and corn chaat for you. So that you get health from cheese and corn and you can enjoy the test of chaat too. The special thing is that it is not deep fryed. That is why we are saved from unnecessary fat.
Ingredients for Paneer & Corn Chaat
- Olive oil : 2 tbsp
- Mustard seeds: 1/2 teaspoon
- Green chili : 2
- Curry leaves : 6-7
- Cumin powder: 1 teaspoon
- Cumin juice : 1 teaspoon
- Sugar : 2 tablespoons
- Baby corn : 1 cup
- Eggs : 2 (boiled)
- Paneer : 1 small bowl
- Capsicum: 1 (finely chopped)
- Onion : 1 (finely chopped)
- Potato : 1 (boiled and finely chopped)
- Taste of salt
- Black Pepper Powder Flavor
- How to make Paneer and Corn Chaat
Phase 1-
Heat the oil in the pan and fry mustard seeds and curry leaves.Phase 2-
Now add chopped onions in it, till it becomes golden.Phase 3-
When the onion is golden, add finely chopped capsicum to it. Fry it well.Phase 4-
Add the sliced potatoes, baby corn, cheese and egg for 1 to 2 minutes on low heat.
Phase 5-
Now add salt, cumin powder and black pepper and mix well.
Phase 6-
Remove the prepared mixture from the gas and now add lemon juice and sugar and mix well.
Phase 7-
Now serve it with hot coriander and mint chutney or sauce.
